Please find a message from Larry WB8R about an upcoming gathering for the founding clubs for the Great Lakes Amateur Radio Association.
Good morning,
As a founding member club of the Great Lakes Amateur Radio Association, you are invited to an event at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The purpose of this visit is to familiarize our members with the facility and to explain more in depth what the plans are for the GLHamCon in October. As you will see on the attached PDF, we have provided a listing of various tasks and committees at the event that need volunteers to be assigned to.
I will have detailed track access information available soon and will forward that when I have it. In the meantime, please pass this information along to your club members. It is important that each club have at least a couple of people in attendance (the more the better) so the information can be take back home to your club members.
