All SLAARC Members,
Two Weeks from today, on Saturday, November 20th, 2021 we will have our SLAARC November Informational Meeting.
The topic will be “An Introduction to DMR Digital Radio for Amateur Radio use” presented by Roddy Clay (KI8A) and Darrell Black (W8DSB) from the LARC Club.
The meeting will be at the Salem-South Lyon District Library located at 9800 Pontiac Trail, South Lyon, Michigan. It is located on the South-East corner of Pontiac Trail and 8-Mile Road. The library opens at 10:00 a.m., so our meeting should begin at about 10:15 a.m.
This meeting will be the first in-person SLAARC Informational Meeting we have had in over a year, and I am hopeful that many of you will attend. The Library facility is very nice and much larger than the Witches Hat; which is why we are using it for our meetings on a temporary basis.
